A KOPUNDOLE
INSTITUTION.

— THE MOTTO

"Better health through sports among the people of Kopundole."

Friends Club was established in 1972 as a children's club with a reading-room facility. Within a few years it had become a full-fledged sports club, then a community institution — running football training, women's and children's programs, and even a health clinic and pathology lab.

Today, the club competes in Nepal's Martyr's Memorial A-Division League and continues to do what it has always done: produce footballers.
